Do I need to upload my logo files separately?

My brand guide PDF includes our logo, but I'm wondering if I need to upload the actual logo files (PNG, SVG) separately for PaletteCheck to check logo usage in my content. How does logo checking work?

No need to upload logo files separately! Here's how logo checking works:

What PaletteCheck Extracts:
From your brand guide PDF, we extract logo usage rules - clear space, minimum sizes, approved variations, what NOT to do.

How Logo Checking Works:

  1. Text Analysis: Checks if your content describes logo usage correctly (if mentioned)
  1. Image Analysis: When you upload an image for checking, our AI analyzes whether logos in the image follow the extracted rules (size, placement, clear space, etc.)
What Matters Most: The logo RULES in your PDF are more important than the logo images themselves. Make sure your PDF clearly states:
  • Minimum size requirements
  • Clear space rules
  • Approved color variations
  • Do's and don'ts

If these rules are extracted correctly, logo checking will work well!
