Login issues after password reset

I reset my password yesterday but now I can't log in. I'm definitely using the new password (copied it from my password manager). I keep getting "Invalid credentials" error. Anyone else experienced this?

Sorry you're having trouble! Let's fix this:

Try These Steps:

  1. Clear saved passwords
Your browser might be auto-filling the OLD password. Clear saved passwords for palettecheck.com.
  1. Clear cookies
Go to your browser settings and clear cookies specifically for palettecheck.com.
  1. Try incognito/private mode
This rules out any cached data issues.
  1. Check for trailing spaces
When copying from password manager, sometimes extra spaces get included. Type manually to test.

If You Signed Up with Google/OAuth:
The password reset doesn't affect OAuth. Try clicking "Continue with Google" instead of entering email/password.

Still Stuck?
  • Try the "Forgot Password" flow again to get a fresh reset link
  • Make sure you're using the most recent reset link (older ones expire)
  • Contact us at support@palettecheck.com and we can manually verify your account
