PDF upload stuck at 'Processing' - what to do?

I uploaded my brand guide PDF about 10 minutes ago and it's still showing "Processing." Is this normal? The file is about 35MB and has a lot of images. Should I wait longer or try again?

10 minutes is definitely longer than expected. Here's what to try:

Quick Fixes:
  1. Refresh the page - Sometimes the UI gets stuck but processing completed
  2. Check your Brand Guidelines list - It might be there already
  3. Clear browser cache and retry

If Still Stuck:
Your 35MB file with lots of images could be hitting a processing timeout. Try:

  1. Compress the PDF - Use a tool like SmallPDF to reduce file size
  2. Split the document - If possible, upload just the core guidelines (colors, fonts, voice) section
  3. Check PDF type - Is it a scanned document? OCR processing takes longer
File Requirements:
  • Max size: 50MB
  • Text-based PDFs work best
  • Scanned documents may take longer or need OCR
