The AI extraction didn't capture all my brand elements

by Team PaletteCheckTroubleshootingDec 1, 2025 at 8:46 PM
After uploading my PDF, I noticed that some brand elements weren't extracted correctly. For example: - Some colors are missing - Typography information wasn't captured - Logo guidelines weren't extracted How can I fix this? Can I manually add missing elements?

You can absolutely manually add or edit brand elements! Here's how:

To add missing elements:
  1. Go to your Brand Guideline page
  2. Click "Edit Guideline"
  3. Navigate to the section you want to update (Colors, Typography, etc.)
  4. Click "Add" or "Edit"
  5. Enter the missing information
  6. Save your changes
Common fixes:
  • Missing colors: Add them manually in the Colors section
  • Typography issues: Edit font names, sizes, and usage rules
  • Logo problems: Upload logo files and add placement guidelines
  • Spacing: Add margin and padding specifications
Tips for better extraction:
  • Use clear section headings in your PDF
  • Include color swatches with hex codes
  • Provide font samples with names
  • Include logo variations with clear labels

After adding missing elements, re-run your analysis to see improved results!
