Why is my analysis score low?

by Team PaletteCheckTroubleshootingDec 1, 2025 at 8:46 PM
I uploaded my brand guideline and analyzed some content, but I'm getting a low compliance score. What could be causing this? I've checked that my content matches the guidelines, but the score is still below 70%. Any suggestions?

Low analysis scores can occur for several reasons. Here are the most common causes:

1. Content doesn't match guidelines
  • Check that your content actually aligns with your brand guidelines
  • Verify colors, fonts, and other elements match
2. Guidelines not extracted properly
  • Review your brand guideline extraction
  • Manually add any missing elements
  • Ensure all sections were extracted correctly
3. Missing brand elements
  • Make sure colors, fonts, and other elements are properly defined in your guidelines
  • Check that logo guidelines are complete
  • Verify spacing and layout rules are included
4. Content quality issues
  • Ensure your content is clear and readable
  • Check for proper formatting
  • Verify images are properly formatted

Try reviewing your brand guidelines and re-running the analysis. If scores are still low, check the detailed violation report to see specific issues.

Additionally, make sure your content includes all required brand elements. The system checks for:

  • Color compliance: Are you using approved brand colors?
  • Typography usage: Are fonts matching your brand guidelines?
  • Logo placement: Is the logo positioned correctly?
  • Spacing guidelines: Are margins and padding correct?
  • Image quality: Are images high-resolution and properly formatted?

If any of these are missing or incorrect, your score will be lower. The detailed analysis report will show you exactly which elements need attention.
